Is every Tallow Balm, Candle & Soap handmade?
Yes, every product is handcrafted with care. Each piece is unique and reflects the attention and intention we put into creating something truly special.
Can I stock your products in my store?
Absolutely! We’d love to collaborate with stores that share our values. Get in touch, and we’ll be happy to discuss wholesale options.
Do you offer refunds?
If you’re not completely happy with your Dew Kind purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important: For health and safety reasons, soaps and personal care items cannot be returned. If there’s any issue with your order, just let us know-we’ll work quickly to make it right.
What is natural soap?
Natural soap is made from ingredients inspired by nature, like plant oils, minerals, or natural byproducts such as honey or milk. Each bar is thoughtfully crafted to care for your skin and the environment.
Do you create products for special events?
Yes! We love making meaningful items for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, or corporate events. Share your vision, and we’ll work with you to create something beautiful and personal.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We want you to enjoy your Dew Kind products worry-free. If something isn’t right, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve it quickly.
How long does shipping take?
Within New Zealand: 7–14 days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it and hope to expand soon.
How should I store my products?
Soap: Keep in a cool, dry place and let it dry between uses to make it last longer.
Candles: Trim the wick before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly, and never leave unattended.
Whipped Tallow Balm: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed to maintain freshness and texture.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. Sustainability is at the heart of Dew Kind. We use natural ingredients, recyclable packaging, and materials that are kind to the planet.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we choose gentle, natural ingredients to care for your skin. If you’re unsure, we recommend doing a patch test before use.
