Is every candle & soap handmade?
Yes, every product is handmade with care. Each piece is unique, reflecting the love and intention we put into creating something truly special.
Can I stock your products in my store?
Absolutely! We’d love to collaborate with stores that share our values. Reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss wholesale options.
Do you offer refunds?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Dew Kind purchase, you can return it within 30 days, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important: Due to health and safety regulations, soaps and personal care items cannot be returned. If there’s an issue with your order, let us know - we’re here to help.
What is natural soap?
Natural soap is made from ingredients inspired by nature, such as plant oils, minerals, and natural byproducts like honey or milk. Every bar is thoughtfully crafted to care for your skin and the environment.
What is cold-pressed soap?
Cold-pressed soap is created using a traditional process that preserves the nourishing properties of its ingredients. At Sweet Dew, our soaps are carefully cured for 4–6 weeks to ensure they’re gentle, long-lasting, and full of goodness.
Do you create products for special events?
Yes! We’d love to make something meaningful for your special occasion - whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, or corporate event. Share your vision with us, and we’ll bring it to life.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We want you to enjoy your Dew Kind products worry-free. If something isn’t right, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
For orders within New Zealand, delivery usually takes 7–14 days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it!
How should i store my products?
Soap: Keep it in a cool, dry place and let it dry between uses to make it last longer.
Candles: Trim the wick before each burn, let the wax melt evenly, and never leave a candle unattended.
