Dispatch Time

Each Dew Kind product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

- Soap orders: 2–3 business days
- Whipped Tallow Balm: 7 business days
- Candle orders: 7–14 business days

Once your order is ready, we’ll send it on its way as quickly as possible and let you know when it’s on its way.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping anywhere in New Zealand on orders over $75.
For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee of $5 NZ-wide applies.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Caring for the planet is important to us. That’s why we use recyclable boxes, biodegradable fillers, and other sustainable materials to package your order thoughtfully.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll work with our courier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damages & Issues

We pack each order with care, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know at hello@dewkind.co.nz, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we can’t accept returns on personal care products. If you have any concerns about your purchase, we’re here to help – just reach out.
